Once fastOrder is connected to your company, you can offer your customers up to four ordering platforms:
fastOrder has been used in medical practices, pharmacies, MVZs, medical laboratories, hospitals, and clinics since 2012. There are now far more than 10,000 installations in the D-A-CH region. fastOrder is multilingual and currently available in German, English, and French.
Define order lists for daily/weekly orders, centrally maintained and assigned to customers or customer groups.
The customer can define their own favorites lists based on the catalog or order lists. Orders can be triggered directly from these lists.
A favorites list is automatically generated based on the most ordered products.
In addition to the customer's defined lists, the customer can access the complete catalog. The catalog is can be searched using keywords or categories.
fastOrder supports various scanners (from offline scanners to your smartphone) to quickly and easily compile order requirements via barcodes. If there are no barcodes on the product, a stock label can be conveniently printed from fastOrder.
You can conveniently create prescriptions for qualified items previously ordered from fastOrder. The system supports the creation of multiple physician or facility numbers and the storage of different stamps. A collective printout of all open positions is also available.
With fastOrder, your customer can realise (batch) based warehouse management. Based on defined limit values, fastOrder can generate order suggestions at any time so that the customer warehouse never runs out of stock.
For the transmission of orders or the receipt of electronic delivery bills fastOrder supports various EDI formats.
Schedule surgeries in advance for your doctor. A surgery can be planned with patient information and a needs list can be created. This ensures that the goods are available at the right moment. If further materials from the stock are required during the operation, they can be conveniently added to the consumption list.
fastOrder allows you to comprehensively document the wound care procedures around your patients. Physicians’ prescriptions are included in fastOrder as prescription requests and required materials can be ordered directly.
Linking patients to physicians, nursing homes, care providers and family/caregivers facilitates communication and electronic dispatch of wound reports.
